Found my way to Geek Terminal without incident this time -phew- ... stupid me and mixing up city hall and raffles place -phailface- I saw someone entering unsurely as well in front of me lols...then when i went in some waiter asked me if i was with the writing group so i nodded and looked at the 10+ people sitting around tables at the end of the room lols XD

I was quaking D: they were all bigger than me DX (not very difficult for that) but uhh...all kinda much older...though kiaace, i found out later (and suspected but not exact) is sec 1 - BUT muchmuch bigger sized than me :( taller and stouter .__.) and i suspects Tanequil is younger than me or about the same age...didn't get a chance to talk to her really though...but gosh, intimidating D: though they were really friendly hahas

Had to do this quiz thingy which is like a welcome back for our internal editors xDD looks like mine's still not very back, though i noticed the double spacing and comma and 'trun' but didn't put them in cause i thought the double spacing was just accidental, the comma part of the font and 'trun' at a closer look passed off as 'turn'. EVIL FONTS! DX But i gots stuff from phailing terribly still lols...a x'mas-thingy with a spelling error rofl!

Anyways, around when they were waiting for me and the other newcomers to do the quizzie thingy they started the novel excerpt reading ~ Starting with Rozen, Singapore's ML!!!~ Someone had to start, she's the ML XD But hers was interesting xDD apparently it's about her daughter (but her daughter doesn't know) we had quite a laugh at the funny bits :D then next....

dedededum....i was sitting next to her DX and so the person on the other side was like "let's go this way" -points to my direction- me: "no! Let's go that way!!" -points the other direction- -prods from around the table-

ML: okay, let's determine this by Random Question!!~

someone: "no one's going to raise their hand to answer" xDD

The question was really easy, but there was tentative silence around until some brave soul answered xD He got his little prezzie, and then had to read his excerpt -gulp-

and so it went on, broken by the giving out of prizes for a few competition categories as well (winner gets the prize and reads his/her excerpt) quotes Rozen: "first the sweet, then the embarrassing" XD

sighh, so it went on, and i didn't wanna answer at allllll D: Reading my excerpt would be so embarrassing especially since most of theirs is kinda good xD But had to get it over and done with so answer one of the random questions, got my prezzie - tree clip :3 - and had to read the excerpt -gulp- DDX oh well...

Raven Silvers one was one of the interesting ones xD (heck, all of em were interesting! Though i kinda got lost in one or two) She was describing some utter shuai ge or something in it, dark black hair etc.etc.etc. (can't remember exact words then...) "chiseled chin" XD my mind: "edward cullen ._." Nerwin: -whispers audibly- "Edward!" Ravenazure: "omg! I was thinking that too!" [shall get to twilight bit later on...meanwhile...] She went all drama like with french accent etc. xD then the ending was funny, the MC ended up pushing the shuai ge back into the well calling him 'sucker' >D

Then uhh...who's he...I dunno his nano nick D: oh well...one of them...wrote about SAF and time travel xD then suddenly in the middle got exclaimations and yells and gurgles and jap xD ended in gurgles~ He won the "Most Dramatic Excerpt Reading Award" XD And when he ended, about 3 of the guys went talking about some gun...NS thing i presume =/

Tanequil wrote about some blind man catching something, the dragging for word count etc. made it funny xD "Reasons why a blind man can't catch a stick" or something like that would be an apt title for that excerpt...then Nerwin broke in halfway about the stick thingy a conductor holds being able to break ones wrist :O turns out she almost sprained her wrist before on that thing

kiaace won the uhh "ValerieCup"? xD I think it's cause some user called "valerie" or valerie-something kept winning it the previous years but she wasn't here this and i don't think she'd won either ways...It's an award for the person with the highest word count~ It was in this pretty big box, and you'd thought it was a huge cup what with everyone "wow-ing" and saying "big cup!" and the size of the box XD but when he opened it, out came a small trophy about half the size of the box xDD funny!

Anyway...kiaace. He's a FREAK! DD: Vicki's year I think...sec 1 this year in RI. 274 for PSLE. Didn't study. DoTa-ing the whole way through .__. "I thought i'd fail my HCL but i got A*" GRAHH!!! And he enjoys slashing pokemon .___. I now put him as one of the persons responsible for CPs fangirling on pokemon slash D: he.broke.my.brain.on.the.mrt.with.his.skittle.and goodness knows what huge pokemon.can.reproduce. -headbang-

Forgot how, but suddenly Twilight came into topic and Rozen was bemoaning, and someone commenting about sparkly vampires.

Then someone said, "If you really want a big reaction, go to bugis library, the basement, find the crowd of people in red and black, glittering and stuff..."

uhh...then another guy lols...a physics teacher said, "and to get the maximum reaction, wear a shirt that says "Vampires Suck"" xDD

[i suppose there's some twilight event going on there -shrugs-]

XD Then someone changed the topic somehow to Terry Pratchet and Discworld xD and turns out majority reads it and we all <3 style="color: rgb(0, 153, 0);">Then they were talking about HP and about the movie and suddenly Nerwin was like "Oh, there was once i read this fanfiction..."

Nerwin: "About Severus Snape" (cause someone before, not sure if it was her or not, said snape was sexy lol)

Someone: "is it slash?" (for those who dunno what slash is nvm)

But anyways they went on xD discussing actors and etc. , the original james bond and stuff lols!

The physics teacher: "Actually the original James Bond was Ian (uhh? i can't remember)" [it's from the book methinks] "but it's in words"

and zomgzomgzomg one of them (i still dunno his nick D:) is a CCHMS senior!! I found out in the mrt...20 years old...mr han's year? oh wait...1 year younger lol...hoho~ Apparently, back then, his english was so bad he had to be tutored by mr soon .__. gosh, he's english would be considered reaal good now haha...according to him, mr soon helped improve his english loads XD no wonder mr soon's teaching eng next yr!

Oh gosh, they were all so nice ^__^ and SCRENZY NEXT YEAR!! -- Script Frenzy~~ It's in April. I knew it was there this year, went to the site and all but didn't participate...dunno if i will next year seeing there's O's and all...buuuuut they say we can write scripts for comic strips too!!!!!! DDD: i waaaaants...100 pages. not difficult...right? RIGHT?! DDX Maybe i'll just try...not really aiming for winning?? =x Nevertheless, hope to see them all during kick-off next year if not...maybe i'll drop in on one of the smiley uhh thingy thingy club meetings XD maybe. just maybe.
