Sorry for not replying yesterday, was sleepy and chionging lit...will reply later, but first need to get this rant off.

I can't believe it. Today is the second time i cried in front of friends in sch...either i've suddenly turned much more emotional, or jc's a load of stress and shit. But that aside, today, those feelings were of frustration. Frustration at the biasedness, mainly frustration at being yuan wang-ed.
Hist lect with seng. In the middle of it, he just went, "Rui Si, if you can tell me everything i've said in this lecture next week without needing to take out a pen to copy down notes, then you don't need to sit for my lectures!"
Seriously? SERIOUSLY? Of any lectures i wouldn't be copying notes in, seng's the only lecture that i won't be seeing doing that for the sole factor that he always fact blasts us things not found in the notes.
So basically, the odious brute decided that just because at that point of time i had my arms crossed meant that i hadn't been taking notes the whole lecture, and thus he could simply blare baseless accusations at me in front of the whole lt? W.t.s.
Me being me, attempted to protest, but was ignored as he continued the lecture. So what? Was i just some venting board? Honestly, i'd rather he say "i don't like your face" than come up with that sort of ridiculous accusation. If anything, it just shows his biasness against me, because honestly, why else would you make groundless accusations to humiliate someone in front of her whole cohort?
I really dislike being wrongly accused and then even worse, not being given a chance to clarify. I mean, if i weren't listening and got scolded for that, i'd know that the scolding was deserved. But it was so damn frustrating to be scolded for something which i had been diligently doing. You think i don't want to score for my hist? Don't want to understand sbq? It's ridiculous and retarded.
Already earlier on, when he had asked me a qn and then misheard my answer and dismissed it with a snort until i repeated it a couple of times, i already had a feeling that he was unhappy with me, but took it as me being over sensitive.
But after that incident i really can't say anything else but that my respect for him just hit rock bottom rapidly. I always knew he was rather biased and eccentric, but still felt respect for what i saw in him as being a professional when he taught us. Unfortunately, today was one of the most unprofessional acts i saw.
My respect for ppl has been dropping a lot these days...for josh and joey, for ms chen...and now for seng. Honestly, i think i'm beginning to lose trust in my tj teachers. I won't blame it on the school or whatnot. Probably just me being suay.
Later on, neh saw seng when the rest of us were having lit lecture. She told him that i did copy a lot of notes. Guess what he said? He did it because he saw that my arms were crossed and that i had a blur look on my face.
That does not excuse him. If anything else, it incriminates him even more. Just because i looked blur does not give him the right to hurl baseless accusations at me. In fact, if a student looks confused, wouldn't a teacher normally ask if the student understands? The fact that he wrongly blamed me still stands, and the fact that he made no move to apologise after knowing it was a wrong accusation is even worse.
I'm sorry, this is who i am. If i feel that i've been wronged, i will not easily forgive the person until he has at least admitted that he's wrong.
He mentioned once that jeff is a brute for bullying girls (insensitive joking). Well, i wonder who's the bigger brute now?
Todays incident has made taking notes feel horrible. It makes it look like i'm taking notes because i got scolded for not doing so. Made me look guilty when i'm taking notes. The irony.
Seriously? This means war. Even if it's a non obvious one, because i can't be insolent to a teacher. Don't get me wrong, i'm not going to let it get to my hist results, but if and when i do well, it will never be because of him.

In the end, everything boils down to definitions. Ones definition of something can differ greatly from another's, and thus the reason for irritation as it seems that what the person is doing differs greatly from your own sense of values and beliefs. In the end, it's to each his own.

Really really don't like people who moan and groan and angst bout "ohhh...so-and-so teacher is gonna hate me for life...i'm sure i failed that paper! i didn't study...i didn't have anything to write...i failed it so bad..." and end up doing very well, making it obvious that he/she has studied. (because there is no way, no way, that was luck. not at this stage, no.)
Really really annoying. Seriously.
Mainly it's because when i actually say that, i mean it, and i know it's true. So i hate it when others say the same thing when they don't mean it.
And when they moan and groan about it, you'll be forced to go, "aiyah, you sure did ok, don't worry!"

Hist...i did rather badly...idk lah...
neh topped the level for hist! :D she worked really hard and so deserves it!! -claps- (Y) (Y) (Y)
i need to learn from her and work hard to get the results i want xD

I PASSED! AND IMPROVED!! WOOHOO~ feel so happy bout it ((: but was rather infuriated at the horrible careless mistakes @.@ apparently this time i got 1 mark less than jj only which ... well i think jj wasn't in his best condition when doing the paper...but still...:X
on to getting a C for JCTs, then B for prelims, and A FOR A LVLS! WOOH! i can do this. i can i can i can. this is the only subject showing improvement for my efforts...:X but maybe cos the efforts here are the most. time to shift this effort into hist as well!

i felt like watching the whole anime again xP on sunday, that is :X might do that some day....SK is really a classic that i can watch again and again xD it's really one of the rare few that i rewatched (i think the only one i rewatched so many times xD) speaking of which, i rewatched scrapped princess as well xD sometime last year i think xD and yup! they are like 'continuation' manga with yoh and anna's son xD but like short stories only i think...quite funny cos ren ended up with iron maiden jeanne o_o and err...adult yoh and anna look like hippies :X
yeshyesh :D the beginning song "little wing" is very very nice! ^^v haha and the art is pretty :P i remember my bro used to love the name 'zepheris' and the idea of a dragoon after watching it last time XD

bored during free period and making use of phone net :X Neh went off to clear her ttennis room and the rest are at math so it's sian now :s apparently i'm allergic to something in the chinese meds, so i was actually getting worse and had to go see another doctor last night XP it's a blessing in disguise tho :x cos i don't have to take the awful chinese meds anymore :X SIGH.

Chinese meds are vile.
Chinese medication is vile. The last time i ate them was years ago in sec sch...
Rashes didn't go away and was kinda bad this morning, so i didn't go to school...mom brought me to a chinese doctor to find out the cause :S
well now i know xP finally got the most coherent reason for this stupid rashes...
apparently it's hormones and stuff. heaty blood and stuff. bleh. :|
and so apparently i'm supposed to sleep early. like try to sleep before 11? zomg that's like. how am i supposed to finish my hw? D: (ans: by not procrastinating :X)
...i have chinese meds to eat now. for a week.
zomg. it makes me wanna puke....D: like i have to literally force it down my throat...
3 different types of pills, twice a day, 4 capsules each time. they actually remind me a bit of multi coloured chocolates cos they look like ovaltines :X they're not /that/ bad seeing that you can swallow it down without having to taste it mostly...until you get to the final four...
but it's the liquid that's the worst. i dunno what's in there, but it smells bad and when i drink it, my throat won't accept it. it's terrible terrible D:
boooooooo.
this rash had better clear up before tmr >:| urgh i feel diseased and spotty bleh.

And without knowing it...a day has passed with me spending it on pokemon :X
Got my 3rd gym badge and a level 26 combuskin and a few other level 20+ pokemon :X was reminded of the time we bought bird the torchic :X and that torchic is torched chick and combuskin is combusting chicken :X
rashes seems to have gone mostly...(i hope...i think) apart from hands which are swollen. urgh. gory details.
:| feel guilty too cos as xue said, zm's planned outings never go smoothly >_< and this time it's my fault D: i hope next week will go smoothly.......

Now i remember why i didn't like going online...
As much as i love talking with scouz online, and any of my good friends (that can hold a good conversation) online, there are the annoyances.
People who talk bout themselves randomly where you're just like "err...where did that come from?"
And someone who has annoyed me. "Act familiar" much? you invite yourself to an outing and then complain bout time. oh good job.
one more thing. only i can tease my brother. you have no right to diss him. NONE. he's MY brother. get it?

spent quite a long time trimming my fringe :D decided it was not worth going to get it cut and then being unhappy at it being too short anyway :X feels nice not to have hair tickling my eyes :D

Today was a day filled with math and little time on the com. Not-too-bad i suppose, but i still have oh-so-much-to-do in oh-so-little-time :X and only myself to blame.
nevertheless. progress is made xD
today...some of my mom's friends came to visit my grandma. saw joel's mom and was like "ohshit."
you see...social awkwardness has taken over me the past few years, so i don't talk to people i actually know but are not close to.
for example, people i knew in pri sch (might have been close for a short period of time, but as pri sch goes...:/) charles, dominic, wei siang, nicholas, samantha, beverly etc. etc. let's see...4 of those names are in tj. when i see them in sch i pretend i don't know them :X (not like they show any recognition either :X) the irony was that i was in the same sec sch as charles and dominic as well...aha.
one of the awkward moments was on the bus to sch on tues where i sat, turned and ended up looking at charles. then turned away and was just like um.
and joel...his mom and my mom are friends, so we knew each other since we were kids? and even though we were in cchms together, he left for TA in sec 3. and anyway so i haven't actually conversed with him for like what, 5 years? So yes...back to pretending i do not know him. awkwardly :X and it was bad to see his mom, because i wonder if he mentioned anything. uhm. yea.
not that i wanna have conversations with them. just that i'd rather i didn't know them to begin with so as to avoid the awkwardness. also, sometimes when i try to tell myself it's rude to pretend not to know the person, and try to talk...it's awkward too...
so...meh. lol

made my lunch (whee~) went to school~ saw hj walking from backgate :P teehee~
watched this awesome richard III documentary. it was amusing and wow :O the part where me and hj came into the lt when it was pitch black and had to feel our way around was funny funny xD
then went to the library after that :D where my lunch was yummee :D and then i had to do work :(
realised i should have brought msm instead of the calculus book @_@ ohwell...almost done with protracted AI. will do math tonight before i sleep. i promise. -cross fingers-
grandma is out tmrrrrrrrrrrrrr :D if all goes well ^^v
uhm. yea went bedok point for dinner xD saw the ddr machines! it's the new version with the slanted arrows, i don't like :S

Speaking of japan...read the latest yahoo news bout it...it's quite sad, cause it's really quite gg.
after watching the documentary on the chernobyl incident early this year, the idea of the radioactive catastrophe is so much more scarier. honestly, i think japan is going to take a very very long time to recover.
you have a point though, bout all the disasters happening everywhere yet, it takes a huge disaster to garner the attention of people. :/

urgh D: i can't believe it! the mugging schedule i typed out wasn't saved completely....so my math, hist and econs disappeared! >:( hmph.
nua-ed a lot today in the morning...then went out for lunch with bro and then went to study in the library. so i did do work :X but just not enough. urgh...i finished most of the planes questions, but i can't get my head around one or two parts. and when i can't get some questions repeatedly, i get annoyed...and then i'll just be "meh. i don't wanna do it anymorez D:" :(
yesterday tried to stake out at changi airport in the afternoon to study...duno why ppl like it there...it was...ok, but you have to pay to study...? :X haha....and the bk person scam me. say no bk affordables :(
It was refreshing though. to just wander (a little) from T3 to T2 alone. Not to bother what others think, not to bother about others in general. to just be me. solitude. Yea...it's like how every once in a while everyone needs to be a bit of a hermit :D
WILL START MUGGING EARLIER TMR! AND DO MORE WORK!! yeshyeshyesh :D
oh...and played jubeats yesterday...it was...ok xP

Once again, i am sleepy :< boo.
It seems so dampening to have to do SBQ after lit night...trust seng to stand at the door, making us take the left over pies and say "SBQ TMR! SBQ TMR!" D:
haha today had highs and lows, but overall was a very fun day ^^v
chionging off to ecp to get the bk $1 offer for lunch since we had 2 periods free xD dragging jo and my bro along cos they have the coupons :P seeing the uber uber long queue in bk and giving up and going to macs instead :S cabbing... haha even though it became totally not worth it, it was fun ^^v
and then lit night....
lit night was just...too awesome for words
the performances were amazing, some touching and sad, others amusing and entertaining! Just so...wow (:
got some vids...will upload them when i feel less lazy xD
first performance was by one of the guest poets, Miriam, whose poems were of a really interesting perspective! they had this nice, lukewarm fuzzy feeling :D and then her 'love poem' which wasn't exactly one xD was really hilarious hahah :D the last one she read was surprising, but the imagery, even though shocking, was so good...
then Eatsham and some other guy read two poems :D the first was written by the guy and the second was from some poet xD
then later Eatsham performed with Hassia (?) who played the bazoon (?) which made this really really sweet sound that suited the poem Eatsham wrote, and was read really beautifully (:
Then Cyril Wong. Omg. just...omg. Cos we did his poem on Boats last year, and it was just really touching and sad. When he read it, there was this bitterness in it that i never realised whilst analysing the poem, which made the poem even more poignant! was just...amazing! His other poems were good too! The one bout his dad and mum's estranged relationship because of a broom was amusing, yet made so much sense xD and the last poem "The Laundry Can Wait" was just LOL! :P like i loved how everyone immediately assumed it was PG or RA XD Cos Mrs Lau was like "there are children here!" It turned out perfectly safe :P
And omg Cyril Wong's voice...like Mrs Lau was praising his singing and i thought it was a really powerful voice or something. Who knew, when he sang, it was like...chinese opera type! and so high. but so powerful. super unexpected but just...wow. wow. wow. :O wow...

02/03 did Richard in 5 Minutes. It was HILARIOUS :P omg...hahaha...keith's 'scheming Richard' was epic XD and also the "Richard acts coy" XD which consisted of "take it!" "don't waaant..." "take it!" "don't waaant..." "TAKE ITTT!!" "ok! :D" Valencia's "I told you so~" as Margaret was epic as well xD and yea...the whole thing was just really epic and made total sense xDD
I think they were TA1s...since they said it was their first assignment xD either ways there were these two poems read, self-written, (read on separate times) that were simple, but really really cute. They were on their favourite colour, so one was brown and the other white. Both were so good and so cute! :D
The lit teachers...Ms Chen, Ms Tan and Ms Nansi. No words can describe how absolutely wonderful they were. I'll be posting their vid up here. As usual, Ms Nansi is a genius with her poems, they're always so touching and resonates so much within you. And Ms Tan and Ms Chen? They both have fabulous voices. Like...powerful voices... they did two acts. both with ms nansi's poem and a song. the first poem struck really well...like...just...wow. felt the sadness, the loss, the grief and the desperation as she read it. And the song blended in perfectly. "My Immortal" :') the second one, the poem was bout a different kind of loss, but less relate-able... though i loved how it's like ms chen singing, then ms tan joining in, then one part ms nansi started singing, and they all joined in. and it just harmonised so well!! beautiful... the song they sang was "Halleluyah" which once again, fitted in so well and perfectly :D ahh...
JJ read two william blake poems. it was ok i guess xD he was being himself, though sad to say quite a few ppl had a bit of a giggle...
ohoh and there was this performance quite early on! this hist student (we nicknamed him the sniffler cos he has this nose habit or something then he keeps sniffling during hist lects which is annoying :X) performing with valencia :P like with the guitar xD it was...wow...totally unexpected of his image. Err...quite a bit of laughter during this part, though i think he meant it to be quite serious business :X but still, to be fair, it was brave of him, and his guitar playing is nice? :P (though he makes weird faces when playing xD)
SENG AND MRS LAU. EPIC WIN :P they acted out an extract from Richard III with seng as richard and mrs lau as margaret :P i would have liked it better if they did the richard wooing lady anne scene though...but mrs lau does suit margaret better XD it was epicly funny and mrs lau dropped her crown xD Mr seng's peevish and brattish face was win! so was the cushion stuffed up his back :P
ahh and mr alastair tan sang starry starry night together with this video of mr heng painting a van gogh starry night. been long since i heard that song, and the painting's pretty :D
godwin read poems, jeremiah read a poem, mrs noordin read poems (carol ann duffy and some other one!), all really nice :D leon, megan and liyana read a poem and sang just a dream ^^ megan's voice is nice :D and umm...i think there was at least one more poem reading :D
Ms Woodford and russell (mr wong to us :X too bad the lit teachers introduced him as russell first...) did this mash up of Correspondence and Telegram (duffy poems) which was just super funny :D especially with ms woodford's sultry and pettish look :P it was very very entertaining xD
Yea...all in all, lit night was great. I'm glad i got to sit through the whole thing this year cos last year i only got to watch the last part :( due to helping out with timekeeping at the heats... -sigh- lit night ftw *v*

Woah...today was very...fun, retarded, 'wholesome' (XD) day :P
lunch was really really funfunfun :P cos we were teasing toktok and her sunshine :X and then after she came back from her long convo she was alternating between a ghost and a foreign immigrant (cos she's so black :X) and we were just being really really retarded like screaming when she lifted her bubble tea up and saying it was levitating xD and using straws as a ghost catcher
zomg. haha i haven't laughed so hard in ages...one day after A's...we will film a horror-comedy short film xD
And then added to that highness we became really retarded :X
that is, since we reached sch before dilly and jas who went to wash their hands, we waited at the opposite side of the road outside the sch and did "L-O-V-E" and sang a very fail happy bday song xDDD and then whilst dilly and jas were still crossing the road, we went into the sch, saw the blacony at the hall there, rushed up to do something similar again, realised it was lock, did it at the top of the stairs overlooking downstairs...and still failed due to too much laughter xD

during contact time (which was an utter waste of time), i french braided dilly's hair xD she said it was too girly :O then undid it :( haha then i did a partial braid for her which surprisingly kept her fringe up so she left it like that for training!!!!!!!! :DDDD heehee~
oh and math was...amusing. cos went through a sampling quiz which had true and false and mcq, so we were basically "TRRUUUUEEE" and "A!!!" and "Why liddatttt? D:" "trick question lehhh" :X also cos got only 4 ppl in class cos 2 absent and the other 2 went through the quiz le, so got free period...
idk if it's good or bad but i might be getting used to mrs leong's idiosyncrasies o.o ....
ahh...and econs lect was pretty funny though the last bit was interrupted by fire drill xD like one girl rushed and peeped into the lecture through the glass pane, saw mr chon and bent down quickly like hiding xD even mr chon broke out of his fierce facade and started laughing xD then later another guy who went out to toilet, came back in, opened the door, and the fire alarm rang xD he was so shocked he left the lt and closed the door hurriedly xD then he had to come back again after he realised he didn't cause the alarm xDDD

Like...i started the exercises and stuff with the rest of the cast kinda scared. cos i know i'm not very good and i just felt very inadequate. and what if i couldn't play up to par. At least i know i can do crew work and i'd have been safe and relatively happy there :X so yea...was kinda very nervous and stuff...pressurising myself?
Missed hanging out with kiki and sze eng in crew :(
but well...the activity was actually pretty fun XD
and when we started blocking the first scene it got really fun and interesting. like even though i'm only playing a very small role, it's really funny and enjoyable (:

that is, since we reached sch before dilly and jas who went to wash their hands, we waited at the opposite side of the road outside the sch and did "L-O-V-E" and sang a very fail happy bday song xDDD and then whilst dilly and jas were still crossing the road, we went into the sch, saw the blacony at the hall there, rushed up to do something similar again, realised it was lock, did it at the top of the stairs overlooking downstairs...and still failed due to too much laughter xD

during contact time (which was an utter waste of time), i french braided dilly's hair xD she said it was too girly :O then undid it :( haha then i did a partial braid for her which surprisingly kept her fringe up so she left it like that for training!!!!!!!! :DDDD heehee~
oh and math was...amusing. cos went through a sampling quiz which had true and false and mcq, so we were basically "TRRUUUUEEE" and "A!!!" and "Why liddatttt? D:" "trick question lehhh" :X also cos got only 4 ppl in class cos 2 absent and the other 2 went through the quiz le, so got free period...
idk if it's good or bad but i might be getting used to mrs leong's idiosyncrasies o.o ....
ahh...and econs lect was pretty funny though the last bit was interrupted by fire drill xD like one girl rushed and peeped into the lecture through the glass pane, saw mr chon and bent down quickly like hiding xD even mr chon broke out of his fierce facade and started laughing xD then later another guy who went out to toilet, came back in, opened the door, and the fire alarm rang xD he was so shocked he left the lt and closed the door hurriedly xD then he had to come back again after he realised he didn't cause the alarm xDDD

Like...i started the exercises and stuff with the rest of the cast kinda scared. cos i know i'm not very good and i just felt very inadequate. and what if i couldn't play up to par. At least i know i can do crew work and i'd have been safe and relatively happy there :X so yea...was kinda very nervous and stuff...pressurising myself?

but well...the activity was actually pretty fun XD

Melancholy
VKA's are supposed to be good at expressing their emotions in the form of writing, but i have no idea how to go about doing this...

Grandma just had her op earlier on, and the tumour can't be removed. Was talking bout lots of things with my bro, then later my parents when they came home. I guess all that doesn't matter now, after all, whether it could have been removed or not, the difference is in months. what matters now is to cherish this time with her.
Yea...i could fill a whole post bout my grandma (might do it some time later) but at the moment, life must go on, hw must be done. i must not forget that this is my A lvl year.

Today's (yesterday's...gah who cares!) outing was fun :P very relaxing, funny and stress relieving :D

I'm in.
I got into cast...
Feel excited and accomplished, yet kinda apprehensive and reluctant to leave the familiarity of the crew, cause most of the people i'm used to working with are there...
most of last year's cast got back into cast...apart from hazeeq and eatsham..it's sad for eatsham cos he's good at acting and they purposely retained him cos they need ppl to lead the crew >_< and eatsham's also good at doing lighting and stuff..
the other people from crew that managed to go into cast are sherry, tze hern and vikash...
Anyway, shall see how it goes this year (: this will be something new...it looks like it's gonna be fun too :D
Oh and there was a choice between SMU and SUTD (still can't get the name right...typed SUDT) for contact time today...i heard that SUTD's side was cancelled due to tech errors...hm....
i think i'm pretty much aiming for SMU now...will be going to the open house on sun ((: [sorry xue :( really no time on sat >_< tmrtmrtmr :D]

i feel that pod is getting more and more meaningless...like i don't learn anything, and i'm not growing in that area...:\
i hsuan called earlier on...and i'm seriously perturbed by the organisational method...i mean...if we're like have 3 j1s to 1 j2, and you want a close group of bout 4 people, why are you putting 3 j2s together?! o.O and what's more 1 of the j2s in my group is...jj...who doesn't/won't go for pod. so basically it's non-existent member? i don't see why she can't let cherlyn head a group as well...
not only that...i'm probably the only j2 who has j2s in my group. and the thing is that...i'm probably more comfortable grouping with all j1s then some others...like hj said that it's not fair cos she wants someone her age in the group as well.
it's too weird. argh. it's so messy...

Ultimate Frisbee is ♥
(Hooray for group PE games once more! :D)
Haven't played ultimate since that time with the cell group :3 haha and the last time i touched a frisbee was monkey at NYAA camp XD
ok...the actual mini game wasn't that fun...cos like...almost everyone didn't know how to play and they'd just cluster around the person holding the frisbee so there was v.little long distance throws and just too many ppl...but after that we played a semi-long d passing game with ms ang :D that was FUN :D hehe also cos much lesser ppl XD after ppl joined in one by one we had like dilly, hj, neh, ms ang and me :D funfunfun :3
OMG I HAVE NO HW DUE TMR :D time to start revising >_< and i should faster do some before i backlog the ones due on fri, mon and next thurs :P

today's math test was frustrating. because when i practiced, i could do the questions, and when i saw the tests, i couldn't do the prob qns...gah. was really annoyed at the school for giving demoralising papers until i talked to eatsham, and omg the first prob qn was really easy! Now i feel stupid :( but i guess it's also cos i didn't practice venn diagram questions -_- at least the vectors section was ok...
