The fact that mush does not really come from the stoic Mr Han aside, it makes me feel happy to finally know that we have a teacher who loves (?) our class without judging us and hating us like most of the other teachers out there :/
Even though he teaches geog, and thus is only my (it's was now :/) PW teacher, he's still dearly beloved by the class. The fact that he sees us the same was is heartwarming? Just gives the feeling that he's "31/10's teacher" and we'll forever be a special class to him. (:
Haha and it's quite funny cos after that when walking to lit from math lect, i saw him and said hi as usually, and instead of his stone faced reply he actually smiled xD which brought me back to thinking about the text. LOL.
(and on the subject of teachers, seng's biasness is very blatant. How he kept scolding ym when he wasn't around in lect for pon-ing lect, and how he's just like "aiyoh the poor girl is always sick" when nyx is constantly not in sch too :/)

Today was the first time i really talked about ___ to someone. I'd never expected the person i'd talk about ___ to (if i ever spoke about it at all) to be dilly xD
doesn't do anything to change the feeling of "i don't know" but ohwell :/

i feel for dilly, how she feels made used of by joey which i can totally understand. i guess we'll just have to show dilly more lubz (:
whilst dilly said she wished we were back to last year where we knew each other on a mere superficial level, i don't wish for time to turn back. i just want all the emo clouds and monsters to go away. i prefer it now somewhat (minus all the emo beams and superficial twits) that we (at least the group of us who have redefined this 'clique') know each other at a deeper level. Understand the other better. Because of this, i now feel that i will want to keep in touch and stay close to these people for the many years down.
If we hadn't developed this understanding (even though it was through all these unpleasant crap), i think i would just see them as 'friends'. 'friends from school' whom will forever remain as 'friends FROM SCHOOL'. :/ (ok, dunno if i'm making sense, but yea...)

watched the SC investiture today. even though i was technically 'forced' to go, it was actually quite interesting.
reminded me of graduation (a little) even though it's supposed to be closer to POP? (but i still don't think our POP was very...:/)
there were a few epic mistakes by the fail hc emcees though xD
"special day" became "spacial day" seriously? don't they have better speakers? :X
and the president of the 35th...unlike jiayun isn't a very good speaker :S jiayun had the qualities of a leader. i say that even though i can't really remember what the 34th really did to make our lives better in any way :X
i mean...the 35th pres's speech was...oddly enunciated and had an odd rhythm which was almost jarring :X (and made the emcees sound better after that LOL)
"bonded together" became "bothered together" :X
heh.

Beautiful, beautiful sunrise. I love love love it. I'm so glad this chalet happened during the season of beautiful sunrises, cause most of the year, sunrises are just the sky lightening :/
Azalea failed to tell us that her camera had a sunrise mode and only cared to enlighten us after we (that is, me and Joey) returned from our morning walk complaining about her camera forcing us to turn on the flash even when not needed and us having to cover the flash manually xD haha she was super cute and the model image of nuaing (:

Just screwed up the intra class debate big time... ZZZ it's not fair that the same ppl always are made to do the dumb debate. It's Azalea's 4th debate and my 3rd. And the other half of the class has never debated before. SERIOUSLY. It's the debaters who have to do all the work whilst the rest of the class gets to enjoy a free show. MEH. As if we don't have enough work already :/
ohshoots. i never thought that something meant as a joke would be taken seriously in this context :S ugh.

Oh man oh man oh man oh man oh maaaaaaaaaaaan...
That poetry form workshop with Jacob Sam-la Rose was just TOO COOL FOR WORDS.
okay, so maybe it wasn't that useful with regards to PC analysis, but either way, it was interesting and inspiring.
What did we do during the course? First we were made to make a list of important places. Then choose one. Then write about that place, a significant event that happened, and the meaning of that place to you now. After that...janjanjaaaaaaang...we were made to write a poem using the bop form. 6 lines, 8 lines, 6 lines. with a refrain after each stanza.
Wowee...cool but hair tearing. And the outcome of mine was rather bad hahaha :X but will attempt to edit it ^^v felt a bit like nano :X
Of all places, i ended up choosing cchms. Honestly, i don't see why not. It was an important place. Four years of my life was spent there growing and learning. Despite the moans and groans of school policies and whatnot. I enjoyed my time there. Every part of the school (except the stupid new indoor sports hall) is filled with memories.
Time spent with UN girls, time spent with guides, time spent in FG with xue, zm, zh, jer and wz...
Good times; bad times. So many things happened in those four years, and it was definitely critical in molding the me of today.
Maybe if i'm satisfied with the edition, i'll post it here :/ maybe haha (:

Who thought that. Because Saturday had two shows, she'd be paying $15 to watch two shows whilst the others would be paying $15 to watch one show. WHICH IS WRONG. :X because it's a DOUBLE BILL. Whereby one 'show' -> "Made in China" presents TWO plays for you. YES. Two plays for $15!
So as a joke to Azalea, i just went "WHY ARE PEOPLE SO SCHTUUUPID?!" :X
(it was a joke, don't take offence! :P)
anddddddddddddddddddd accidentally called you. (it should have been around this point?)
And we got addicted saying "schtupid" :X
so...yea. AND YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANG UP? D:
i was like gonna reply (cos the sun whilst walking to the sports comp made it impossible for me to use my phone effectively) and i saw this small green call button on top. Was wondering whether it's cause i got a missed call or something and figuring it out when i finally went back to the main screen and reaaaaaaalised. omg.

Lit was surprisingly quite nice...? And fair too haha...

Before i end up wallowing in angst and self pity, i shall count the things i should be happy for. All the things that have gone right and made me happy.
1) Tues at Du Yi bookstore with Hui Jia and Azalea. Got really high and started talking really fast. Funny experience.
2) Weds double lit was actually not bad because it was like lit gp gp lit. the separation made it feel really different, and time actually passed really quickly.
3) Weds double gp we watched a documentary about food. It was sad, disgusting, but rather interesting. A good way to spend double GP, IMO. (:
4) Weds lunch was very nua. Maggi mee and bubble tea. Eating and slacking at arts hub. I think this made me a little high which led to me being rather high in drama :X

and that jasmine. ohmytian i cannot stand her faaaace. because of her, we can't give neh her bday card today. because she had to dawdle in sending the pic and not have the common sense to tell us she sent it except what? fb? thks a load. and because of her ridiculous sudden insistence to do the hist assignment (even tho i doubt anyone brought IP notes or the appropriate stuff), me and azalea have to sacrifice what we alloted as our devotions time? what.the.shit. seriously. urghurghurgh

Started off with Azalea, Neh and me having breakfast at KFC, then the usual retardation whilst waiting for a bus (:

The discussion was rather frustrating because it felt pointless and going in circles and then nowhere. Was really rather "gnarghahghaghhghghghhhhh" feeling :X
But anyways, we were approached by Uncle Bernard later on, who said he wanted to talk to us bout the questions we broached the previous week. So, staying back after alpha, we had some kind of discussion with him ((:
AND IT WAS SO ENLIGHTENING! i mean yes, there are questions that will never have answers (gahhhhr) but we got some form of enlightenment regarding certain questions, and it was sososos stimulating. The lightbulb that turned on at Sheila's analogy was just...wow. The feeling of understanding just was...yea...wow. XD
Because we were asking about how God is supposed to be perfect and yet, he's a "jealous God", so isn't that imperfection? And then trying to think of how "righteous justice" works. And Sheila put it this way:
Your parents gave birth to you. If you didn't want to recognise them who brought you up, and instead went somewhere else and called other people "dad" and "mum", wouldn't they be 'jealous'? And wouldn't this 'jealousy' be warranted?

Warning: This post is not going to be the most politically correct post, ever (:
First off XD
-points to post below- PW results. WOOT. my whole group got A! :] the hall was filled with screams, and jumps and screaaaams (: a lot of tension beforehand, though...
i was very very surprised at the good remarks for my individual work (because i honestly didn't put that much effort in this section :X like...eom only 3 drafts when others had 7? >_<) and the WR too...cos i was pretty sure it was quite screwed up given the haphazard last minute scrambling and the 500 words more we could have used that we didn't :S
"Smooth and easy to read" and "well organised" just made me go "lol" :X
I was ecstatic when i saw the comments for OP though (: because that is the section i slogged the most. more than anyone else i think >_< cos whilst i was pia-ing OP, tok was on WR, and neh was on vid (which was impt but not as long term as the slides)
"The slides were organised & beautifully designed" just made me really really happy.
That's because it was the thing i angst the most over during PW :X like...it was my responsibility, and i kept working at it, and feeling that it was lacking but not knowing what to do. So this recognition that my effort paid off just makes me really glad (:
Looking back on last year and the course of PW, seeing past the blood, tears, sweat and toil, i've actually got to admit that our group was really blessed. Had we not the huge problem of shumin whom we were just getting so aggravated over, there would have been at least one eruption with damage enough to kill off the population of China. Already it was boiling and starting to crack towards the end, but thank God we lasted and passed through without anything really major. That we are still friends now (:
Not to mention the fact that we got Mr Han, a fabulous PW teacher. Though at first he seemed so bo chap and indifferent, he actually cared for our results a lot. And chose to focus a lot on OP (which imo is pretty wise). I compare him to other teachers i hear about, and really, we are super blessed.
Back to the point on group ethics only. The fact that we had a major problem focused our angst on one person, rather than the other 2 groups (whom only had 1 person getting A >_<) where i think there was a lot of issues they had with each other and everyone. I guess the unity against one person helped unite our group and project a good cohesion? Really blessed.
Ohoh and lastly, the fact the groups we presented with weren't very good. Because frankly speaking, the difference was really obvious, and so it showed off better on our group (and sad to say, probably pulled the other group's marks down :S) and thus allowed us to get better OP marks. I mean, imagine if we were with the rest of our class like Radhiah's group and Nyx's group. Although we would have performed well, the other two groups would also have performed awesomely, so like...we'd just be seen as average, or on par? Yea, so our performance really shone through because of the grouping system :X

Now on to issues i've been meaning to blog about but hadn't had the time for xD serious blog posts bout opinions on certain issues :S

1. Math.
I'VE MANAGED TO CHANGE CLASS! (: i'm in Ms Ng's class now. (the middle band one) She was my teacher last year before she went on maternity leave and bird came to take over xP
In all honestly, Mrs Leong probably wasn't as bad a teacher as we accused her of being. True, she treats us like retards, and true, she can be odd and rather unreasonable at times, but in all honesty, our class isn't exactly showing to be the brightest...(that's why i changed out)
Naomi and Sharanya keep saying that they will do better for jcts and follow my steps to change out. In all honesty, i think Shar should be able to do it, but not Naomi. And it's kinda because of the attitude taken towards the subject? Like how just because she's got tuition and she thinks Mrs Leong is bad, she doesn't even listen during lessons. I mean, i admit i do that some times, but i usually listen enough to see if my answer is correct or wrong, and clarify something if i don't understand.
AND, i'm usually the only one in class answering Mrs Leong's question. (that kinda makes me a teachers' pet :/ but well...i didn't wanna be treated like a retard, so tried to show that i knew) And what makes me even more curious is the fact that at least one of the girls in that class is a freaking mugger. She does all her tutorials and listens intently in class. But she still did badly for math. I don't know why, but sad to say, that's one of the reasons i wanted to change as well. The fact is that, Mrs Leong is going extra slow because the class isn't proving to be able to absorb quickly. (not that that can excuse her double presentations which slows down the class even more)
Anyway, today was my first lesson with Ms Ng. I felt like a stranger in a new world (cos idk all the 30/10 and 29/10 ppl who were just like wondering why their class suddenly got a random newbie :X) . Fortunately, Zie was nice and stuff (: (we had a lot of free time before class cos econs lect let us off early and she braided my hair :D it's still nice and tight and neat even now xD) Was asking Zie about how Ms Ng was, and true to what she said, it's still rather boring, the class was like a graveyard, but Ms Ng is approachable and shows concern. (she actually knows my name! :O i wonder if it's cos she remembered from last year haha)
I kind of felt like was being transported back to J1. Not exactly though. It filled me with a pang of nostalgia, when 31/10 was a full math class (not combined with 2 other stranger classes) and we had Jia, Dilly and Azalea together with us. We stoned during Ms Ng's lessons, mocked her as the "pregnant lady" :X but still...it was more comfortable than being put together with some random class whom we're not even close to...
And then i was reminded of the days when Ms Ng left on maternity leave and Bird came. We were still together as a class. And that was when things got rowdy xD math became fun (well also not very productive, but...) and full of laughter.
I miss having math as 31/10. I miss having math with Jia, Dilly and Azalea...
But nevertheless, Ms Ng's class feels like i can be productive. The pace is pretty nice too (: Hopefully this will spur me on to do better in math!
Last point about math is that i'm glad i left Mrs Leong's class on a good note. It was remedial yesterday, and at the end i actually stayed back to clarify some stuff (about why my working on the mind boggling P&C was wrong). She seemed to be in a good mood as well anyway xD and well, it made me realise that P&C has sooo many methods of doing stuff! Ok, i was probably happy as well yesterday, cause i found out i didn't need to attend her class anymore :X that and, she took my suggestion and flashed the answers instead of just spending a whole long time going through what we might already know. (:

survived hist consult...seng is freaking schizo. today he's in a good mood. also, he acts as if nothing has happened and it's hard for me to accept that. i think he was subtly asking for me to book another consult with him...jj makes sense though...like. it's only going to affect my results if i'm reluctant to get a consult from him...i should just forgive and forget...right? but there's this lack of resolution that annoys me and gets at me...gah. what am i supposed to do about that, then?

haiz...today was actually a pretty ok monday...like normal as far as everything's concerned, and peaceful, so it's good (:
but it ended off...was waiting for azalea's mom to come before i would go off with her at gnc...
then seng was there...so i just ignored him.
until he came to kajiao us...-_- disturb as playing taptap and comment on the drawings on my hand...so...i left...:X
idk how i should behave tmr during the stupid consultation i'm supposed to have with him. the worst thing is that it's one on one...i'm gonna be emotionally detached. yes. polite, of course, but detached.

scrapped princess was bout this girl who was condemned as the person who would destroy the world when she turned fifteen (or 16?) so she and her adopted siblings are like running away...and in the end it's like something about the world being a utopia and the fact that she has the power to destroy the 'constructed world' they live in, thus ending the utopia, but ending the controlled realm as well (i think, if i rmb correctly...)
haha but isn't it confusing to switch between both? cos the keyboard shortcuts and stuff are different? :X
oh fine. you're bigger hmph. but if you're horohoro you grow up to be some slacker i think xD and a FARMER hahaha :D planting in the fields to make his dream come true :P

we ended up watching gnomeo and juliet which i actually liked :D (ok, i have actually been wanting to watch it :XX)
after watching it i realised this is one of the few romances i've watched o.o like usually i watch action or comedy (and as all hollywood films go, romance will be thrown in) so it's one of the rare times (or first time even?) that i watched a romance :O albeit it being a cartoon XD
was cute! And so many puns! hahaha :D which made it epicly funny! and it was actually sweet! though the over dramatic part at the last bit was just so cheesy it was hilarious :X

Tekken buddiez 8D see our coordinated hair? see? see? 8D
tuition was good :D finished the rjc binomial distribution tutorial! which means i guess it's on to poisson now...:X
alpha...alpha was good (: sean and jovian weren't there, but like...me and azalea started devotion together :D and we had questions to ask :D
although some times it felt like some ppl were info spamming us, other times the questions were answered, and it was really mentally stimulating! (:
i hope me and azalea's devotion can continue to be fruitful ((: really enjoying and appreciating alpha course.
then after thatz...we went to play our weekly ritual of tekken :X and like...omg...so much awesome fun....crashing the keys, squealing, making weird fighting noises....and then we lost....:( so we shook hands, and said good game...turned around and...
saw some guy (teenage~20ish) looking at us with this very amused look on his face :XXXX

ok...my bro and jo aren't in here...but yea...we're the Happy Friday Nuaing/Gossiping Group :D
Azalea's the newly included member! 8D
sh0...it started mainly when azalea and neh wanted to go drinking on fri...and i said neh pangseh me cos we wouldn't be meeting for our happy friday session then :X so we decided to incorporate both together! :D like...buy alcohol...meet at ecp...find somewhere to nua 8D
so after lots of decisions and stuffz at a very late hour of 6.30 on that day itself we decided to rendezvous at the convenient location of ecp macs at 8.30 :3 but i'm rambling. i should get to the highlights xD
for some reason, in the end we decided to enjoy the aircon of macs :D but oh...no not macs! mcCafe xD cos we're healthy like that :X I GOTZ MY FRAPPE WOOH~ (ok...digression :X)
and so we were just nuaing...gossiping bout the usual topic of the two J's :X and talking bout random stuff :X stealing jo's fries cos he was the only one eating (at that time)
hahaha neh was just like "omg! are those nuggets! *w*" then after that she finally stole the last one and went into bouts of "omg...this is so good....awesome manz! wahh..."
oh and we had dessert :X good stuffz...everything shared of course xD though different ppl buying lolz :X
somewhere along neh realised that her bday was soon and "OH! I'm going to be ten -" -realisation- -everyone bursts out laughing- :PPPP
and neh mentioned (in our gossipings and discussions of the 2 Js) that they went to the beach that very day :OOOOOOO -gasp- and then my bro goes: "WHAT IF THEY SUDDENLY WALK IN HERE?!" we ruled out that possibility seeing that tok doesn't wanna get fat and josh has suddenly had an aversion to macs :O
and so loads of random stuffs happens xD
and we get hungry whilst nuaing, so everyone starts to pool together coins to get a student meal nuggetz :X and like...we came to the point where we were short of 10cents :X and me, the treasurer (at that point, idk why) was demanding to see who had 10cents xD unfortunately, we didn't seem to have any loose change xD wanted to take neh's $5 and give her the $4.40 xD but she was like "NOOOO I DON'T WANT COINS!" cos she didn't bring her wallet :X in the end i wanted to take my bro's wallet :X and use his notes instead...and then turns out...he had $1!!!!! and we now had enough for an upsize!!!!!! ZOMG 8D
soo...me and azalea went to the counter to get the food :X with loads of gigglez...and whilst we were waiting....azalea started hitting me... (to attempt to get the full potential of this epic moment, i'll put it in scripted form xD)

which led to josh pulling my bro's arm as he walked off....

well...
my bro, still on the chair...was being pulled...
and so the chair made it's slow descent downwards...with my bro on it...
and before we knew it...the chair and my bro were on the ground xD my bro with a bemused face of "what am i doing on the ground?"
the whole room of mcCafe was staring at us...and my bro narrowly missed hitting some guy's laptop :XXX
it was just like "zomg but rofl" moment :XXX
Because of the sheer embarrassment, we had to relocate >_< (to macs lol!)
where we proceeded to laugh like crazy whilst josh and my bro went somewhere xD
oh and josh left his BK coke with jo...and so....jo had to get a macs plastic bag to hide it xP when josh wanted to claim it back later, we said that we left it at the mcCafe table...what he didn't realise was that it was being held 'under' him by jo all the time xP "Aprils' Fool" to him later on...:X
i think joey thought that we were there on purpose because we knew they were there... :/
ahh wellz.
so...the couple left, and we were left marvelling how much of a coincidence it was, and the hilariousness of the whole situation xD
...it was then (i think? a bit blur bout this) pig seemed to be getting drunk on coke....
there's this whole lmaorofl worthy video that we took and is private on fb xD that has her doing a lot of retarded unglam stuff and mocking the 2 Js :X
might post it here...but lazy...cos like...loading time hehe
later we went for a very short walkwalk at the beach :X where neh was still drunk and kicking sand all over us xD but the wind was shiok :3
and later we went to the carpark to wait for neh's and azalea's moms to fetch them...there was this really really cute kitty cat xD and we were going miaomiao to it :D and well by then all of us were pretty high xDDDD with neh being drunk on coke :P
seriously xD when her mom came and her car drove past behind us...she stuck her head out of the window and shouted "BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~" XD
alrightz XD i think that's roughly what the epic fri was about :D

Yesterday, was the best start to a month, end to a week, and well...yea...it was just epic fun (: And today was really awesomez too :D and tmr will be epicly great! yes...this weekend is/will be a good one (:
And i just came to the thought that the fun-ness all started when i opened the smiley headphones and used it! xue dear, those headphones are magical! xD they really do bring happiness! :P

i...kinda did something like that on thurs :X went to dl all the shaman king songs xD (used to have them, but idk why they were lost) and then put them into my phone :D and a lot of other random vids :3 and then also when to see the sk english op xD cos i remember my friend showing it to me before in sec sch xD it's quite epic! like...very inspirational, though pokemon theme song -ish hahaha :X dl-ed other new songs from gendou too ^^v
phone tends to change voice pitch? :X andandand you can go really high what! i still remember how you can hit the higher notes than us in teo heng xD hehe
those lyrics remind me of one time after math remedial where i was feeling really shitty and then my playlist played that and i felt much happier after listening to the lyrics xD inspirational! (:
sad to say...the problem is that i consider the person a friend, but the person is going through a lot of emotional turmoil herself, and insecurities (no matter how annoying it may seem, it's an acknowledged fact :x) and it might just add to her problems if i point it out...haiz. and there comes the issue of trying to help her now even though it's so difficult >_< (sorry, not being clear and making much sense..)
(((: yeshyesh! it's especially good for her! hopefully her self esteem regarding academics will go up too! (((:
haha topping the level for math is kinda impossible for me, but that A for math in A's doesn't seem so unreachable anymore ^^v heehee~ i've talked to ms chen bout changing math class...gonna talk to mrs leong on mon too...(: (cos i kinda topped my math class, so i guess i have enough valid reasons to want to change :X)
