YES! See? End of the week! :D I am awesome (:
Errr...me playing pool was fail :X but everyone wasn't that good either XD except for my friend (who's younger than me btw!) who played for the first time but was like a natural :OOOOOOO omg! But i improved!! hehe :D by 2nd game i stopped giving away free balls easily 8D oh and you know the stick is a bit shorter than me only? :( me and my bro won like all 3 games because they shot the black ball into the wrong hole LOL :X epic fail, right? XDDD
Speaking of angry birds, today at the cake store i saw an angry bird cake zomgzomg it was so cute!! it's literally an angry bird cake btw! :D and also tiny angry birds and a pigpig xDD hoho you should check it out! it's the one at mp (:

Weekend of Reminiscence
The week aside, this weekend has been pretty awesome. But now it's time to buckle down and STUDY. :|
Yesterday, was a day of "shuo dao cao cao, cao cao jiu dao" :P
On my way home from an extra long session of tuition, i was talking bout how til now, i still haven't seen my aunt's baby daughter :( and that she would probably learn to talk before i even see her...Went home to find my aunt and her parents in my house xD too bad no baby :( haha
Then in the car i was also disappointed when i found out there would be no lunch with the Pang's on Sunday, cos Rach has exams and Mich will be going to Kuantan. AND THEN :D they called me (cos my bro was with them for the air show) to ask if i could go for lunch :D yaye :D
Then we spent a very fun time at Kiliney sharing childhood memories and discussing our trips together. Attempting to plan an impromptu-ish road trip to JB? :P
After heading home, we went out again XD this time to play pool! it was an awesomely fun first time playing pool :D and the place wasn't seedy :P (Yay!) haha
childhood friends ftw ^^v
Then todayyyyyyyyyyy err...
During dinner, for some reason, my mom suddenly mentioned tita (: and that sent me to show Nan a photo of tita haha
i miss tita :(
i ended up looking through all the photo albums...
I like photo albums...for some reason there's more of a reminiscing feeling with albums then photos on the com :/ hehe... so many things i remembered/forgot :D

Oh and on fri, my cousin got married. it's an inter racial marriage where the groom is a tamil from sri lanka ;D quite cool...
the dinner was pretty good, and the atmosphere comfy, though the weird mascots were kinda gay and creepy...the bride, groom and bridesmaids dancing out was a cute idea. I never knew my cousin was so creative haha :D apparently the wedding lunch and stuff was also very innovative! Too bad there was school..

Just last weekend, my great grandma passed away.
It was just told to me like the day after cos i was having production lol!
Honestly, i don't feel sad or much, because i mostly see her twice/thrice a year? And there's a language barrier. But it's kinda surreal, cause she's always been a constant in M'sia trips...
After the funeral, my aunt created a fb group and invited all relatives who had fb to the group "阿公阿嬤的子子孙孙" :D
It was seeing it and all the posts dedicated to my great grandma that made me feel the loss, kinda. It was like bittersweet? Kind of like...the fact she's gone and she'll never be there again (the constant factor) but it was super nice to see everyone dedicate stuff to her...
And i think it's v.smart of my aunt to ensure everyone keeps connected too haha :D
(and because of that i found out my 2 aunts [younger than me] have boyprens!! :O) one of them blocked me from seeing her wall and r/n status omgomgomg!! and she's like only sec 1/2, k? D:< haha :P

in order to make sure that i'm definitely not late despite leaving at 8.10, i took a cab. ooooh big mistake. i would have been better OFF RUNNING FOR A BUS...:/ (PARDON CAPS, PHONE ACTING UP AGAIN) SO WONDERFUL CABBY TURNS INSTEAD OF GOING STRAIGHT. AND I'M ALREADY LIKE OHSHIT BECAUSE THAT'S THE LONGER WAY. MY PROTESTS DON'T SEEM TO GET THRU HIS THICK SKULL. Finally got time to 'brog' :D (ohman..don't think i can ever get rid of that weird 'bimbo' accent anymore :X it's tjdrama's fault lol)
May has been an extraordinarily memorable month. I love it so much and just want time to freeze now.

First. Something i've wanted to blog for like ever. But unfortunately, after it ended, drama rehearsals started and i got like super duper duper zuper busy :x
ALPHA.
So, so, thankful to have actually gone to that course. Even though the actual 'sermons' were more like refreshers, the discussions and fellowships were just really really wonderful. Really blessed, really fortunate. Everything worked out strangely in accordance to everything. Because i asked Joey first, who didn't/couldn't? go, but because she brought it up in school, Azalea came to know about it, and expressed interest in going. I probably wouldn't have gone if Azalea hadn't. Then Joey joined...
The whole Alpha course was fruitful, engaging and really really, strengthened my Christian foundation, and allowed me to grow spiritually. I'm definitely helping out next year.
"Three young ladies on fire for God" me and Aza almost cried at that. It was just so...unexpected and made us feel so touched. I will never forget what Uncle Chee Weng said (:

Second is of course drama. That which took the most part of the month. Again, it's really a blessing, because there was really perfect timing. The first sat of May was the last session of Alpha, and then drama rehearsals on sat commenced the following sat onwards. Thankfully, i didn't have to miss any session of Alpha for drama, or any rehearsals for Alpha (:
Two weeks of rehearsing every day (except Sundays). Seeing the whole drama club again and again, every single day. Definitely, bonds were made. Definitely, we grew closer.
Whilst i think being a J2 Crew would have been fun too, being in Cast was a whole new experience, and one i'll never forget.
Production seems more fun than SYF, because we actually know the space, spend loads of time in the space, and spend a lot of rest/slack/makan time together, unlike SYF. These 4 days of production especially, seemed like we all lived in the scope together (: it's the closest thing to a camp tjdrama will ever have lolz.
Whilst i probably don't have as much attachment to the club as people like Tze Hern, Sarah, Kim, Navina and so on, i'm glad that my experience with the club ended well and memorable. Ended with me feeling a kind of longing, rather than simply a flat indifference. It made me feel that it wouldn't be so bad to come back and visit the club once in a while after all. Yep.
Connections with the old crew remained strong. Sze Eng, Kiki, they're still people i would consider very close to in drama. And i made new friends among the J2s too. Wen Xiu is like a da jie, and Nav is also like some awesome senior sister. I really admire her and have a lot of respect for her. (: I became much closer to Chai too. And from Pong's cast, Chin Teck as well i suppose.
For the chorus, in terms of Yu Jie and my analogy, Wen Xiu and Nav are like the big sisters, whilst Yu Jie, Chai and myself are the little sisters.
As for the J1s and TA kids, Yu Jie's really really cute, like a little sister ^^v and people like Claudia, Deonn, Jie Pin and Gao Yu, even if i didn't get to be very close to them, it's nice to get to know them to a certain extent over these long days of seeing each other again and again.
As an ex-crew, i'm also supremely aware of the cast-crew divide, and so made sure i got to know J1 crew. And the people i found were supremely cute, whacky and fun. (: Janel, Adriyanne, Ying Er, Cassandra, Poorva for example. Really awesome people (: some of them because they were understudies for Sze Eng and working closely with "Ladies" as Stage Masters, and later people like Poorva who was a great help with hair ^.^
The four days spent in the scope, preparing, rushing, changing, sleeping, nua-ing and simply just being there was memorable. I'll miss it, really. Miss not having to go to the scope after school. Not having to wear some weirdass costume and heavy migraine-inducing hair...not having to see the whole lot of people just flopping around. Not playing cards in the scope and having ms nansi call it a gambling addiction. (which is really funny)
Playing bridge, taiti and cheat together with everyone was really fun, really good. Brought casts of both plays and crew closer together (: hahaha :P Nav is really addicted.
The alumni of tjdrama who came back also really left a deep impression. Admirable :D
Giving our all, putting up our best, gauging our energy.
GREAT EXPERIENCES CRYSTALISED IN MY MEMORY FOREVER (:

tired, but the euphoria and adrenaline from the play is there :D so i shall use it to do gp :X
but blog first i shall, before my existence here fades and dies again :D
the play was terribly glitchy D: bad things happened. ... a lot of bad things happened. ... but for all that happened, i think we did an ok job. the audience enjoyed themselves and that's whats important. we can only keep getting better! (: yesyesyes~
quite proud bout the front of house thing ^^v

i loved the ending :D and especially liked how there was no 'must-have-romance' bits because that would have been my biggest disappointment if it happened :X because it would definitely end up with baek hyun and pul ip but i like chan doo with pul ip :XXXXX
The reality of it was also what made the show even better because it was unexpected (((:
AND YES the part at the teacher's altar was what i thought as the most touching scene too ;A;

Hey you (extra bonus if you're actually reading this, because these are things you need to hear, but have been refusing to hear)
I understand you have issues. Don't we all? Admittedly, yours might be bigger than most, but that doesn't give you the right to take it out on us. Your supposed friends. The people who are there for you when no one else is. Just because you want the attention from the world, doesn't mean we should go out out out of our way to give you extra attention. What we are here for as your friends is to share laughter with you, share in happiness. But we can't do anything if you don't even try to join in. What our job as friends are is to tell you where you have erred. Our honest opinion of the matter. Not to be your pity party. You can find those kinds of people anywhere else. Like the internet.
It is because we treat you as a friend that we get pissed like that. And it is also because we are your friends that we still accept you for who you are despite the fact that the majority of the world doesn't.
And just because it's your birthday doesn't mean that we have to cater to your temper tantrums. No, we don't. If anything, your little tantrum simply showed that you don't deserve us to do things for you. If anything, it showed us that you're so blinded by your craving for attention, you are overlooking the simple fact that we're here, to share your birthday joy with you. And that does not mean that we have to accede to your every request, i'm quite sure.
Kelly and Gen's reply messages were: "Ok! Let juice sing all she wants!"
See? If you dare say that we do not care, all i can say in reply is that you don't deserve their friendship. And what do you do in return to people who want to celebrate your birthday with you? Try to guilt trip them? Try to make them feel like shit? I'm sorry, but there are other better ways of getting attention. This is not one of them.
We were more than willing to overlook your sudden abrupt absence and draw you back into the conversation. But what did you do? Slam your tray on the table and spill your drink? Ignore gen's attempts to pull you in? Seriously. Do some soul searching.

What we are here for as your friends is to share laughter with you, share in happiness. But we can't do anything if you don't even try to join in. What our job as friends are is to tell you where you have erred. Our honest opinion of the matter. Not to be your pity party. You can find those kinds of people anywhere else. Like the internet.
It is because we treat you as a friend that we get pissed like that. And it is also because we are your friends that we still accept you for who you are despite the fact that the majority of the world doesn't.
And just because it's your birthday doesn't mean that we have to cater to your temper tantrums. No, we don't. If anything, your little tantrum simply showed that you don't deserve us to do things for you. If anything, it showed us that you're so blinded by your craving for attention, you are overlooking the simple fact that we're here, to share your birthday joy with you. And that does not mean that we have to accede to your every request, i'm quite sure.

See? If you dare say that we do not care, all i can say in reply is that you don't deserve their friendship. And what do you do in return to people who want to celebrate your birthday with you? Try to guilt trip them? Try to make them feel like shit? I'm sorry, but there are other better ways of getting attention. This is not one of them.
We were more than willing to overlook your sudden abrupt absence and draw you back into the conversation. But what did you do? Slam your tray on the table and spill your drink? Ignore gen's attempts to pull you in? Seriously. Do some soul searching.
Sometimes it's not that we don't want to include you, it's you excluding yourself and expecting us to include you.
Sorry, that's just not how the way things work.

I'm a spastic butterfly :D (that's gonna diiie) XD
Looks like i got it down, thanks to Tze Hern and Deonn's retarded impromptu runway show :P and Nav's help XD
I think i'm gonna die from embarrassment, but it's fun XP now i'm just gonna have to stop myself from laughing...

...damn i'm hungry and it's still an hour or so til dinner D:
rehearsal waz exhausting xP but it was like a mini trip down memory lane, cos sch was closed from 12 today, so we went to Dwayne's (our instructor) church for practice. surprise surprise, his church was this church i used to go for church camps at when i was like a kid...10~12 years ago...zomg haha XD so so long...i'm so old :(
The place still looks mostly the same :D only that the old swing we always played at is no longer there >_< no surprise though, seeing that it was almost dying 10 years ago xD

During GP when we were supposed to be researching (:P) me, Azalea, Dilly and Hui Jia (Neh was sleeping) spent the time seriously discussing which disney princess we'd be :D
Cause recently, it's been a hobby of ours to draw ourselves in different scenarios :D it's super fun to draw and see what you think of yourself and what others think of you xD not to mention funny :D
Listing some scenarios..."at the beach", "on a cruise", "mountain climbing", "all grown up", "shopping" etc. XD
Yea...so Jia wanted the next theme to be disney princesses and we started discussing...:D
This is what we got... (after some arguments on who the 8th princess was, cause Mulan is considered on the interwebz, but she's not a princess per se, and tiana's not really classic and we don't like her as much as Mulan :X)
