Of long roads, creepy houses, and old songs (uhh where's the shopping?)

Yesterday, after saying byebye at the airport for 9 days, i basically went home and slept my day away until it was time for shopping with the girls haha :X

It was an adventure alright :D

First the bus journey that was like touring the whole circle line, and then finally getting to say that i've explored AMK! :Ov

Unfortunately there wasn't much to buy haha apart from a really cute pair of shoes but they didn't have it my size so ohwell :( (it was only $10 leh!) and a cute dress :P

So with nothing left to shop, Sam came, and we decided (well more like couldn't decide) to go somewhere to lepak! And then we went to Bishan park which is really quite pretty and fed the mosquitoes :I Sam and Felicia had their date haha and we trailed along behind with me desperately trying to feed my phone with power so it would charge @_@

After which we went for a drive at Queen Astrid Park to ogle at the huge atas houses :P A lot of them were creepy looking - all dark and huge and empty and eerie. The lightning and slight rain did not help. Nor did our own hyperactive imaginations scaring ourselves hahaha!

Still, it was loads of fun, listening to old musical tracks and warbling out to "Country roaaaad~" and "Kung fu fightiiiiing!~" and Avril Lavigne XD All the while feeling like Sam & Felicia's kiddies haha

Random outings, aimless wanderings, great company - my type of fun (:

Today was nice too, chilling with people i haven't met in a long time! Joanie, juice and SNAIL :D hee (can always count on xue to be later than me even though i woke up at the time we're supposed to meet :X) Feels a bit like we're all growing up though...one by one u_u

Andandand finally got a call from Philippines :D hehe made my day ^^

i think i need to get out of my nua state haha
