Madman

26 days to O levels

Today, I met a madman. And a gay at that.

I first saw him at Macs. He was in the queue next to me and what caught my attention was his feminine manner of speaking, but i decided that some people just speak like that.

After that, I went to borders and read for a while. Then my brother came to find me. We just got up to leave when lo and behold, we got accosted by the crazy guy!

"What department are you from?" he demanded my brother (because my bro was in army uniform).

Obviously, not knowing what was going on, my brother could only give a blank look.

"Excuse me, just now you swung your bag at me!" he announced with childish pettulance. (This is a grown up man i'm talking about)

Of course, my brother could only reply, "Sorry, but i didn't know."

Under normal circumstances, that would have been enough, right?

But, no! That crazed man went on to insist that my brother swung his bag at him on purpose! Even telling us that his friend (gay partner) could confirm that fact.

The poor partner could only mumble something about my brother's bag indeed swinging at the crazy person, whilst looking awkward and uneasy.

Seeing this, i got kind of annoyed, so similar to what wen jun did to fatass yesterday, i intervened.

And politely said, "Excuse me, but maybe he really was not aware that he swung his bag at you."

And then he turned to me, bloodshot eyes and nose flaring.

"What has it got to do with you? He did know! He turned and looked at me after he sung his bag at me!"

Some cheem/more formal words that i don't normally use in daily speech came to play.

"But sir, how exactly can you ascertain that he did it on purpose?"

"He turned back to look at me! My friend here can prove it!"

Again, gay partner could only mumble that the bag did swing and touch/hit the guy.

That obviously does not prove it. And when you leave a seat, you usually glance back to make sure you didn't leave anything behind, Y/N?

And picking up the tassel ends of my brother's bag, he began to say agitatedly, "He swung this at me! This! See! He stood up and swung it at me!"

Oh.My.Gosh.Please.

One, tassels are light. They wouldn't hurt. AT ALL.

Two, again, tassels are light, AND attached to your bag, not you. So you won't even notice if it swung at something or someone, unless you were watching it.

"Anyway, he did it on purpose! If he didn't I wouldn't have chased him from Macdonalds to here!"

Okay, what now, stalker?

Which brings me to point three. Normal people don't chase others around just because a bag got sung at them! Much less for a bag tassel!

At some juncture, he was raising his voice and trying to insist about the bag.

"Excuse me, but this is a public area, please don't shout," was what i told him.

"You think i can't see that this is a public area?" he replied, still yelling.

"There's no need to raise your voice. Please be more considerate, we're in a public area." Still trying to be polite. I think my brother was controlling himself not to punch that guy.

"I know this is a public area! You think i can't see?" was his highly pitched, loud reply. "What school are you from?" Unfortunately, i was still in school u. "Chung Cheng? And your mother school too! (talking to gay partner) Shame!"

Here, i began to get pissed. How was what i did shaming the school?

And afraid too...that he'd report to the school and i'd get one of those stupid, senseless demerits. But then again, bring it on! I'll reason my way through! Me vs a madman. No doubt who'll come through.

Well, my brother seemed to have decided that there was no point in arguing or even trying to reason, so he let out a sharp laugh, pointing at Mr Crazy.

In response, the madman laughed as well. I'm not exaggerating, but his laugh was like a shrill, banshee plus harpy laughter. Loud and screeching. Right in my face. Ouch.

My brother left and i followed after.

"Siao!" the madman called after us, walking away too.

"Bastard! we heard him shout from behind the shelves.

Interesting, and adult picking on two kids. What a joke. And the ones who kept calm was not the elder.

Oh ya, and the reason i know they were gay is kind of hard to explain, but the signs were very obvious to the eye.

In an attempt, it's like the effeminate young-ish man who gets into 'artsy' tempers easily, and an older man, quieter, subdued, and meek.

To clarify as well, my brother did turn around. Only because he found that guy strange, as i had before at the counter.

lol.

I think i'm mentally traumatised now. Will need to brood over this matter for some time methinks.

PRELIMS ARE OVER!!!!!!!

36 more days to O levels (not counting today, since it's already almost over)

Today was supposed to be a whole day of fun. Yes, supposed.

I'm sick and tired of planning things for others when they started doing the suggestions. Want an outing? Plan it yourself. ^^

Not to mention the fact that all you can do is suan people when you yourself can't and won't do anything at all. Please, i don't think you have the right. Even friendly suan-ing has its limits.

The movie was sub-par. Full of cliches and a flat plot, only pure action. Arcade was pretty fun, if not for some nice people dampening the mood.

After that, just nice, at 3, we went to find the sec 2s for the bbq. Was very disappointed with the other sec 4s when we found out only me and xue were there. Even worse, when we called gen and found out that she, kel and jennifer planned to turn up at 5.

It got pretty fun when Adeline and Bing Lin turned up though. Being the first batch, we were the only ones blindfolded '^' UNFAIR! They tried to make us jump to the pit, unfortunately, we're not that dumb :D Then they sprayed us with crazy string and tried to throw water bombs at us. But we ran off and stole their ammo and attacked them back! That was kind of fun! XD we were like squealing and screaming and laughing all the way. haha

I think the sec 2s really put in a lot of effort (:

Some of the sec 4s were horrible in not appreciating it, but nevertheless...

It seemed like we had a lot of mood swing or something xD one minute zi-high at the waves, then go back pavillion, sleepy, sian and tired. Well...probably was because there was nothing to do. It seemed like only 7 of us were truly participating :O the rest went arcade or cycling!!! Still, we had some fun (:

The cake was yummy, and they even baked cookies for us to bring home! One big one! Omg...so sweet!

Fortunately, the end was not anticlimax like i feared. We turned on some music and started dancing randomly xDD hehe...pretty funny. Then walking to the car, me, xue, le min and le qin started singing random songs :3

And cheering and last minute walk at the beach was very nice :D

Still have my rainbow lightsticks :D 5 of them~ red, yellow, green, blue and purple :D

Random fact: time crisis is fun :D
