It's all over now... Goodbye uniform, I actually liked wearing you. Goodbye all the fun times we had together. Goodbye to the nightwalks, the camps, the scoldings, the pumpings, the drillings. Goodbye CCA. Frankly, POP was rather disappointing. The sec 1s were pretty listless and lacked energy, especially the first performance, but some of them were pretty good. The skits...tried to be funny, but really, the standard wasn't really good. Still, I know the sec 3s put in a lot of effort. Even though it was honestly rather slack compared to what we did, their effort was great. The sec 1s too, i'm sure, did chip in effort. Only it'd be good if they had worked harder... But really, what was most disappointing was the fact that besides the top 4, the rest of us sec 4s seemed left out. And we didn't get to do normal protocol either. Like playing with their uniforms, and blowing our whistles as a farewell. It doesn't seem right without doing all those. It doesn't seem fair. Still, I shadn't harp about the disappointing things and shall continue on to the good points (: The sec 2s and 3s danced well. That's definite. And the juniors served us well too. The slide was touching at the words area. I love Guides. I really do. Despite the past year of grumblings and not feeling too into Guides, i really love it. I remember the Yamcakes. Hibiscus patrol. My first nightwalk. The POP we planned. The camp we planned. The bonding sessions we had. The pumpings and drillings we loved so much like the masochists we are. The lame jokes. The stalking Kai Teng's note was also really sweet, and Jelly's note made me smile (: I don't even find that particular sec 1 irritating anymore. In fact, i think she's rather cute :X She asked for my email politely and thanked me for the presents. I found that touching and sweet. I'm sorry for all the grumblings i've been spamming about her now. This feeling of nostalgia could go on forever, so i think i won't think about it anymore. It's time to start mugging hard. Until the race is over, and then i'll finally be rewarded with a well deserved break. Goodbye Guides...

Wooh~ 8D
Even though we didn't watch HP like we were supposed to today, it was still uber fun 8D well....more like nice :3 Went to finish buying POP prezzies with Xue in parkway, and Sherri came along! YAY! We haven't seen her for so long :( since she got homeschooled! Yay for her father who told her "you need to spend time with your friends" ;D Walking around PP, looking for clothes for Sherri's mom and bro was fun...somewhat xD It reminded me of when we used to shop//window shop at bugis street or T1 ^.^ fun~ Managed to get everything we needed, and then we sat at the hawker playing 'i have never' with pocky xDD No one wanted to let anyone else eat the last pocky, so ridiculous things like "i have never died" came out 8D Went home and repackaged the presents, and now they look decent, and if i may say so myself, pretty :3 hehe...

I don't want to work with that person anymore.
I'm this close from cursing at him, and too close from typing a snarky remark to his dumbass comments. I marvel at my self control. This is obviously not going well. |
